Can I pick up my cookies?
No. We are delivery only - sit back, relax, do what you do, and before you know it, our warm fresh cookies will be in your lap!
How do I send warm cookies as a gift?
Enter the address of the recipient, select the day and time for delivery from the drop down menu, and in any of the Special Request boxes, please let us know the name of the recipient to indicate your order is indeed a gift. Or, you can purchase a greeting card and enter a message with recipients name. Or, call/text 209-787-9033 and leave us a voicemail after placing an order to let us know you ordered a gift and the recipient's name if you didn't already specify in the order. Or, email firstname.lastname@example.org with all pertinent info.
What are your hours?
Unless otherwise noted, our Regular business hours are: MON/TUES 12pm-9:30pm WED/THURS 10:30am to 10:30pm FRI/SAT 10:30am-12am SUN 12-8pm
If I place an order at 10:20pm on a Wednesday night, will it still be delivered?
Yes. We stop taking orders at close, but will deliver as long as order is in before closing time.
How long does a delivery normally take?
On average, within 60-90 minutes or less, but unforeseen circumstances sometimes occur that can affect our delivery times. We will notify you of any changes or delays.
Can I specify when I want my order delivered?
Yes. The earliest any order can be delivered is within 90 minutes of opening; we bake to order just like pizza. Use the dropdown menu during checkout to select a specific day and approximate time.
What is your delivery range?
Stockton-Metro Area. Enter your delivery address after selecting your cookies to see if we deliver to your particular area; if your address pops up, you're good to go! If it doesn't, try a different address.
Can I call and place my order over the phone?
No. For your safety and security, the only way to place a secure order is online through our website / mobile app.
If I order an item off the Secret Menu that requires 24-hour advance notice, can I have it delivered sooner?
No. Your Secret Menu items will be delivered 24-hours from the time you placed your order or at a later specified time if you list one under Delivery Instructions or Special Request.
Can I request more or less of something - like more nuts or less sugar?
No. The recipes for every item on our menu are proprietary Suga Rushd recipes.
How can I stay updated with deals, specials, coupons or discounts?
We'll send you a monthly email if you subscribe at the bottom of our website.
Can I deliver warm cookies?
Maybe? Send us an email to email@example.com and tell us about yourself and availability.
Do you cater?
Yes! Cookie or brownie platters, savory breads, or any specialties our Pastry Chef can concoct! Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with general info such as: date & time of event, how many guests expected, which desserts desired, location of delivery, food sensitivities, and any specifics such as needing a Suga Server, packaging/serving ware, warm fresh cookies on site, etc.
Can I get a refund if I don't like my treats?
All sales are final, however, in extenuating circumstances, a partial refund could possibly be issued. Refunds take anywhere from 5-10 business days to appear on your statement depending on your bank.
My order was cancelled, but you charged me?
We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Customers are automatically charged when their order is placed. If your order was cancelled, a refund will be issued.
Why was my order cancelled / rejected?
Orders are rarely cancelled, but it may be possible you are on the Suga Rushd banned and/or 'red flag' list. You may have caused a disturbance or inconvenienced our very simple process of bake cookies and deliver in the past. If you need an explanation to discuss reasons of your cancelled/rejected order further, please contact us at email@example.com
Do all of your products contain wheat/dairy/nuts or other allergens?
No. We bake vegan and gluten-sensitive treats as well, but many of our products contain or may come into contact with common food allergens, including eggs, milk, wheat, soy, peanuts and/or tree nuts. SugaRushd is not an allergen-free environment. Although not all of our products contain food allergens, all of our products are baked or prepared in an environment where eggs, milk, wheat, soy, peanuts and/or tree nuts are present. Due to the presence of such food allergens at all of our locations, we do not recommend consuming any of our products if you are allergic to such food allergens.
